How can I update Blanket Purchase Agreements to have lines equal to allow_price_override_flag = 'Y'

Good day.

We are currently using Oracle version 12.2.9.

We have a business need to update Open Blanket Purchase Agreements lines to allow_price_override_flag:='Y'.

I have attempted to use PDOI (Import Price Catalogs concurrent request) and it seems to ignore this field. Other fields such as unit_price update without issue. PO_DOCUMENT_UPDATE_GRP.UPDATE_DOCUMENT does not appear to update allow_price_override_flag either.
