Category not appearing in LOV while Assigning ATP Allocation Rule

We are starting to setup ATP allocation rule, For that we have created ATP allocation rules, However when we are trying to assign that allocation rule to category. we can not find any category in ASCP instance.

We are on EBS-12.2.7

Can we get some leads on where issue could be. We are collecting category and can see in ASCP workbench,

Is there some setup, which we are missing from Source Instance?
