6140 hotspare copy back time

I have a 6140 disk array with 16 sata 465 gb drives, configured with one vdisk raid-6 with a hot spare. I was recently relocated and when it was powered up two disk drives failed. We replaced one disk drive and it started do run a hot-spare copyback. It copied back 8 small volumes quite quickly. It is now copying back a 700gb volume since the 8th April. Cam shows the current job status at 17% completed but the estimated time to completion keeps increasing. I can access the volume and zfs shows no errors. Should we replace the other
