EBS R12.2.11 upgrade : How to show message on Login screen about account locked

After upgrade R12.2.11, on login screen we are not able to see message if user account gets locked. Is it Oracle standard functionality to show message on login screen that your account has been locked or we can achieve this using any other method?

Before Upgrade version R12.1.3, we use to get message on login screen that "Your account has been locked" but after upgrade not able to see any message on login screen when user user account gets locked.


Please help.
