Hi Experts

Customer company (A) is going to split 2 companies (A and A Holdings) through division of people. So they need a new LE and OU. (they will use the same Business Group)

A OU Approval Configuration

  • SPO Approval Group has 1 Document Range and 6 Item Category Ranges
  • SPO Approval Group has no Account Range
  • On updating Assigning Approval Groups, no Caution Popup window

A-Holdings OU Approval Configuration - Caution Popup Window shows

  • SPO Approval Group has 1 Document Range and 2 Item Category Ranges
  • SPO Approval Group has no Account Range
  • On updating Assigning Approval Groups, Caution Popup window
  • The Caution is "Please include the required approval rules in your approval group for this Standard Order.."
