EAS Security Display User last login information not updating consistently.

Currently on EAS 11.1.2.4.044.156 (HFM 11.2.7.0.000.13) (Planning 11.2.7.0.000.06)(Provider Services 11.1.2.4.044 145)

With EAS Has anyone experienced situation where a user table shows as never having logged in but shows in log file, and sometime just not updating from the previous value)

Resolution : PERSISTUSERATLOGIN TRUE had not been included in the .cfg server config.
