Can a corporation be sent notifications without assigning as involved party?

In OTM 6.5.1 can a corporation of a location be set to receive notifications? I know about assigning as involved party to order but was looking for an agent action to notify corporation. Looking for something generic since specific locations for the corporations change over time.
