unable to connect to ULN - connection to https://login.oracle.com/mysso/signon.jsp times out

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to get a list of my machines registered in ULN. When I login to, https://login.oracle.com/mysso/signon.jsp , with my username/pwd I receive a timeout/gateway not responding error. This happens in Chrome and Firefox. With Edge I can get to here, https://linux.oracle.com/ords/wwv_flow.accept, but no further. Is there something that can be done to improve this access???
