Oracle R12.1.3 Login Page Cannot be displayed from a specific PC/IP

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear All,

We have an Oracle EBs application R12.1.3 .

The database is hosted on an "on premise" Solaris 10 OS/server, and the Application is hosted on another Solaris 10 OS/sever on premises as well.

All users can connect to the application except one user. This user is trying to connect from a different IP range.

Lets say all users can connect successfully to the application from ranges 10.12.1.0 , 10.13.1.0 ,10.14.1.0 IP addresses.

while users from 10.15.1.0 cannot log in to the application.


We have the below entries in our /etc/netmasks

10.12.1.0    255.255.255.0

10.13.1.0    255.255.255.0

10.14.1.0    255.255.255.0

10.15.1.0    255.255.255.0

The network topology looks like the attached pic.


The server name / IP is pingable from the Pc and the Pc is pingable from the server.
