Form Type "Report with Form" is not shows in App Builder of oracle APEX

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

oracle APEX version 22.1.0

Database: Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition (12.1.0.2.0) 64 bit

Platform: Linux

When we to create page with Form type in Apex, app builder immediately create classic empty form with out showing form type options.

As per APEX standard functionality, app builder shows another further form type options like Report with Form and Master Detail Forms like etc.

However when we create page with Form type, in the next step app builder not showing any other form types.

The same thing happing for Reports also.

Is there any setup in app builder or in workspace to get these options in form types and Report types.
