Prospective Supplier Registered however

we use iSupplier Portal and Sourcing (on version 12.2.10). Recently, applied DELTA14 patches.

When registering Prospective Supplier (URL) we enter all required fields & submit it.

System generates below WF email notifications (one email generates ie FYI: XXXX Supplier Collaboration Network: Registration Submitted and other email ie "Action Required: Registration request from prospective supplier Test 432 requires your approval").


Second email: "Registration request .... requires your approval" --> has below message:
