Getting IDCS_REST_ENDPOINT error while registering self service user while registering from VBCS App

Hi,

We have one VBCS based sign up page to create self service user but I am getting "The URL you provided for the IDCS_REST_ENDPOINTAPP third party application is invalid. Enter a valid URL. (SVC-5295502)" error. Is there any setup task we need to perform in oracle fusion to resolve this.
