Local Policy to Proxy REGISTER with [A-Z] or [a-z]

Hi Fellows I hope you are ok.

I would like you could help with the following issue.

I need to route a couple of REGISTER messages to a new Registrar Server, but I can not define the same from-address = * and to-address of the production LP.

Based on the above I would like to know if there exists any way to proxy my REGISTER that are coming with any character A-Z or a-z or any other using an LP and define in the from-address something like [A-Z] or [a-z]?

Just for reference to any number I define the from-address (2 3 4 5 7 8 9) and it is working fine.
