Dataguard ORA-16766, ORA-16853, ORA-16855,ORA-16857. How to resolve this error?

ORACLE DB version 19.11.0.0

When I executed DGMGRL> show database verbose <DBNAME>

Database Error(s):

  ORA-16766: Redo Apply is stopped

 Database Warning(s):

  ORA-16854: apply lag could not be determined

  ORA-16855: transport lag has exceeded specified threshold

  ORA-16857: member disconnected from redo source for longer than specified threshold
