How to register restored single instance database to oracle 19c cluster on Exacc

Oracle 19c RDBMS

Successfully restored [point-in-time] Oracle 19c database [CDB/PDB] using rman.

Need help on registering this database to Oracle Cluster, so can have sqlnet connection without any issue.

Also need help on how to export out particular schema from PDB, as of now struggling with sqlnet connection as well some other issues so not able to perform export of the scheman.
