FSC Event assigning the wrong benefits plans

Hi,

As part of open enrollment, we have made everyone force-select the plans. If anyone not selected any plans when we run the ben admin process it inserts a new row 01/01/2024 with benefits termination. If we open the same employee FSC event for example as of 01/20/2024 we are seeing current coverage as "No coverage" But New is showing differnt benefit plan (from the benefits program which is first available). In this situation if employee not selected any plans and administrator close the event the employee is getting the new plans shown here and this is not selected by
