oracle Audit Vault agent register issue in windows

Hi There,

I am using oracle AVDF 20.12. I am trying to register audit vault agent in windows server 22. I am facing some error.

At first I install java 23 and set environment variable

PS C:\Users\Administrator> java -version
java version "23" 2024-09-17
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 23+37-2369)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23+37-2369, mixed mode, sharing)

PS C:\avagent> java -jar agent.jar -d C:\avagent\agent
8 was unexpected at this time.
Agent installed successfully.

PS C:\avagent\agent\bin> ./agentctl start -k
8 was unexpected at this time.

Note : run from windows powershell

Above twice found the same errors :
