what happens/impact to EBS after Jar signing is expires, any issues accessing forms

When I run jarsigner-verify -verbose -certs against the jar files, its giving below information:

The signer certificate will expire on 2025-02-31.
The timestamp will expire on 2032-10-08.

I would like to know the impact for EBS after certificate will expire, will users start seeing exception about certificates expiration or error?

and

what is meaning of 2 dates : signer certificate & timestamp ?
