Need a query to identify SYSADMIN logins coming from the front-end only

Hi Community Members!

Hopefully, I am using the proper forum here - My question is about how to find SYSADMIN logins that come from "interactive" logins (i.e. someone actually logging in as that user manually from the front-end).

The need comes from our audit department who is looking to make sure we are not logging in as SYSADMIN (only, in case of a critical emergency). They have asked for evidence of these "no-occurrences".

I tried fnd_user and found the last_logon_date was very recent (just a few hours back), and I don't believe anyone has logged in during that time.
