Unable to login to new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal
unable to log in to the new My Oracle Cloud Support Portal and is encountering an 'Identification not matched' error.
I am entering the Support Identifier as the Subscription ID and the Organization name as the Account Name for identification.
Please note that i am able to log in to the old My Oracle Cloud Support Portal using their Oracle Account.
Kindly comment the solution, if someone has faced or resolved this issue before.
