Changing domain & logins

Hello - We use email addresses for logins. We are rebranding one of our companies and thus the email addresses of some users. It seems we'll have to create new accounts for these users. Does anyone know how we can preserve personal settings, toolbars, etc. after changing the logins? Thank you!
