Do we actually need to login on provisioning servers using opc account to create orchestrations?

Hi,

I want to know if we really need to login to the provisioning server as 'opc' user to configure the provisioning console and create orchestrations for other JDE servers using the provisioning console? Or we just need to have a local administrative account 'opc' and probably launch the provisioning service by launching powershell as 'opc' user and run the provisioning console service?
