Assigning batch of items to child org using import items ,for few items categories are not assigned

Assigning batch of items to child org using import items ,for few items master controlled categories are not assigned and for few we see master controlled categories are assigned.

Eg: out of 320k records for 100k records master org ,master controlled categories are assigned for rest categories not assigned and also dont see any errors in mtl_interface_errors.
