WLS start with root user

Hi,

I started the instance services as the root user, so the files are now under the root user. I want them to be owned by "oracle". I've already tried deleting them and starting the services as the oracle user, but it fails. So how do I change the oracle user?, or How do I rename them in the filesystem?
