Need A New 457 Plan for Roth?

Hello,

We currently allow employees to enroll in a pretax 457 plan. With this enhancement, will we need a whole new Roth 457 plan?

Currently we have one 401k plan, but the employee can enroll in either/both pretax and post-tax versions using the same benefit plan. There's no rollover defined in the 401k plan; this enhancement will be our first time establishing a rollover option.
