Cancelled SO lines Issue

Hi

When an SO line is created for specific ship to, SO lines is populated with one specific B/P 1 and SO line is cancelled. In this case, unit price is zero. But when an SO lines cancelled for other B/P 2 manually , unit price is not zero. need help understand what is driving the cancellation of SO lines in B/P 1 and reason for UPRC zero.
