No Tax on Overtime - Calculating weekly overtime vs Daily

We are on Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 and I have a question for anyone that has employees that receive daily and weekly overtime. We do use a unique earnings code for the overtime premium portion, but are brainstorming ideas on the best way to identify the weekly overtime. We are looking at the TL_RULE_ID in Payable Time to pick out the weekly overtime, but then are thinking we'd need to pull the FLSA rate and do a calculation to get the actual weekly overtime premium earnings by employee.

I was curious if anyone in the community had other options they were exploring in this situation. Thank you.
