Duplicate Insert Error on PSPPFUND Process Due to 1/1/2026 rows in PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD

Did tax update 25-C or 25-D populate PS_PY_PFF_PGIC_CHD table with 1/1/2026 effective dated rows? If so, it has rows for the following tax classes which were not in this table for previous years: 4, I, O, Y, 0 (zero), 1, 2, 3, AE, AA, AC, and AD.

In our testing, this is causing a duplicate insert error when running the PSPPFUND process for the first pay period of 2026 (bi-weekly 12/19/25-1/1/26). (The reason we are testing 2026 is to confirm gross calculated on 26 or 27 pay periods for 2026). In the PSPPFUND process, another select from PS_PY_TXCLS_MAP has already inserted some tax classes to the target PS_PY_PFFTXCLS_STG table that overlap with the values above from PS_PY_PFF_PGID_CHD.
