Error to apply patch 38726236 (PTB) - Brazilian Portuguese

That patch was released last December 12 and was updated today, December 15 at 5 AM. It is failing with the below error when compiling the forms CLLRIIOI.fmb:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
