Hello Team,

We applied the tax rate Patch 38630519: 2026 U.S. FEDERAL WITHHOLDING TAX CHANGES and it seems the tax rates are still not updated as per 2026 tax.

This remains the same as in 2025, will there any change be applied for tax rate as part of 38615240: 2026 U.S. PAYROLL TAX & LEGISLATIVE ITEMS TOO LATE FOR 25-DDELIVERY. 

We are planning for a PRD release but since tax rates are not updates, client is asking for details. Any Doc Explaining Patch 38615240 will be helpful.
