Strip Prefix from RURI

Hello Everyone,

I would like to request a little assistance with dealing with Prefix strip from RURI.
Lets say that when A calls to B, the call goes throught the SBC.
With this A share the RURI with a international code like +33123456@domain and I would like to know how to strip the +33 country code and provide to B only 123456@domain.

Obviously this is a example scenario.

What's the best approach? Session Translation or HMR?

I'm currently more inclined to HMR since had no luck with Session Translation.
