Projects transactions to the source subledger link to WIP

We are attempting to build reporting that links Projects transactions to the source subledger where the transaction was originally created. However, when the Transaction_Source in pa_expenditure_items_all = 'PJM_CSTBP_WIP_NO_ACCOUNTS', we are unable to find a link between the two subldgers. The transaction_reference columns do not appear to link directly to the original WIP tables)

Is there a way to build this link (in SQL)?
