Tracking Leads to Applicants

Hi,

Is there an Oracle feature or report that can track how many people who register for your job fair got converted to applicants? We want to track return on investment from our large job fairs to understand what percentage of attendees ended up applying to jobs within our organization. However, right now we would have to look up hundreds of people one by one in Candidate Search since the event registration include that info.
