How to set up a general deduction that takes a percent of DE

Hello! We are trying to set up a new General Deduction that needs to be taken as a percent of Disposable Earnings. Specifically we are looking to retire our current procedure of waiting for employee's to payback money they are overpaid and take the overpayment directly from their paycheck. We've been advised that Indiana State Statute requires we not take more than 25% of DE. Has anyone had any luck with this? We are basically garnishing their wages without a court order.
