How to delete/reverse agreement which is created by mistake

I have created one agreement for the customer incorrectly even there is no billing/ revenue activity but still when i try to delate that agreement it say's "cannot delete master record when matching detail record exist"

kindly let me know how to resolve this i wanted to delete the agreement or the entry which is there.

We are using R12.2.10 version.
