Beneficiary percentage being required on a Life plan that does not have beneficiaries?

Hello! We are making some history corrections on the coverage begin dates for our Critical Illness plan. We originally had the event rule start coverage on the event date when it should have been on the first of the month following the event date. I was able to update everyone's coverage begin dates except for 1. On the one employee I am getting the error below and it won't let me save. I tried terminating that row and adding a new row, but I get the same error. Any suggestions?
