How to change requester of a purchase requisition

Hello experts,

We've recently started using min-max planning for some items. As a result of the min-max concurrent program, a requisition is being created. We've created a specific user account which is being used as the requester. However, when a user wants to update this requisition, they cannot do so because they are not the original requester. Is there a standard concurrent program or profile option to override this issue?
