What is the new way to calculate Northwest Territories 2% Payroll Tax in 2026

We have installed Vertex 4.5.8 and the December Vertex Update. We notice that, starting with PP01 2026, the 2% Payroll Tax for Northwest Territories/Nunavut is not calculating on it's own any more. We expect to see this as a standalone tax on the employee's pay stub as well as in our register (so that we can remit to the provincial government and not CRA). We do see some information in the Vertex Calc Guide about Northwest Territories/Nunavut and this tax, but we do not understand if there is an action required in JDE Config, or what the
