Requisition cannot be completed error message during PO receipt using P4312

Hi All

In JDE 9.2.5, when I try to receive a purchase order (linked to RSS requisition) using P4312, I get an error message 'Requisition cannot be completed' and JDE doesn't allow the receipt transaction to go through. It happens when the header status of the RSS requisition (RHERHS.F43E01) is 01 but the detail status (RDERDS.F43E11) is 08.

However, when I attempt to receive this PO using P43E20, I still get the error message 'Requisition cannot be completed'. However, the purchase order receipt happens successfully. Also, the requisition detail status is updated to 03 (completed) but the requisition header status remains at 01
