When will the 2026 W4 Tax form under Self Service be updated in Oracle EBS 12.2?

I see the links have updated to the new 2026 pdf; however, the wording on the update screen does not display the new rate of $2,200 for claiming dependents. Will Oracle deliver a patch for these chnages
