How to place unutilized lots on hold in JDE?

Hi All

In JDE 9.2.5, is there a standard JDE way of mass updating lots on hold on the basis of the last transaction recorded in a particular lot?

Requirement is to mark a lot as 'on hold' if no transaction has been recorded in the lot over past 2 years?

Please share your thoughts, thanks in advance
