Is there a way to get help documents to open in a new tab instead of downloading?

in Unifier (MOSC) Question

I made some BP Help documents and when I upload them to the help section it's all fine.

However the only option that there seems to be when it comes to viewing it is downloading, even when my preferences are set to use the unifier viewer. Is this as intended? Or is there a way to get the files to open in a new tab/viewer?
