If an employee is contributing 100% deferral to both the 401k and the 457b.
If an employee is contributing 100% before tax to both their 401k and the 457b plans, when will the new Roth after tax contributions begin? Will they begin only when the 24.5K has be hit on both plans or will it begin when the 401k contributions hit 24.5K limit and then allow contributions to both 457b and Roth after tax until their limits are met?
