Secure 2.0 Employees enrolled in both 401(k) and a 403(b) plan
Has anyone successfully tested an employee who is enrolled in both a 401(k) and a 403(b) plan with the Roth threshold applied? We’re encountering issues where the catchup contribution limits are exceeded when employees participate in both plans. The calculation works correctly for employees under age 50 and enrolled in both 401(k) and 403(b) - deduction stops once a combined limit of $24500 is reached.
