Unable to see TLPayableTime AWE transactions under Approval tile

Hi, we are on HCM 9.2 PUM 45, Tools 8.62.04.

Oracle indicated to me that TLPayableTime approval is not available under fluid approval but rather we need to do approval via classic page.

Which makes zero sense and I just want to confirm if this is true. Also if the approval is done via classic pages what is the point of having following Fluid Navigation?

Manager Self Service (home page) > Team Time (tile) > Payable Time > Filter (button) (select Employee) > Summary or Details view

Is this just to display information and doesn't allow to approve time? Is there any other "fluid page" where I can go and it takes me directly to approvals? Why in multiple manuals TLPayableTime is shown as if you can approve via fluid tile (approvals).
