SHA-1 values for Oracle quarterly patches on new MOS screens

Are the SHA-1 values for the oracle quarterly patches still produced? With the next patch coming up soon, I tried to follow our old method of downloading one. Everything is basically still the same, but I couldn't find the SHA-1 value. Can someone point me to it?

We do a manual install as our servers do not connect to the internet and we have no GUI tools
