EBS Payables 12.2.14 : Whats the API to remove end_date of an ownership of the bankaccount ?

In Oracle 12.2.14, I could find public API to remove end_date for the bank account itself. But, what API to use to remove the end_date of the 'Account Ownership' record ? refer pic below. Please advise.

Also, can an account exist with the Primary owner record end_dated, but non-primary owner record active ? Does it have any impact while running Electronic payments for non-primary owner, if account does not have an active primary owner?
