Attention EBS Release 12.2 Benefits Customers: The following 2025 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) patch has been released for Release 12.2 customers and is available for download from My Oracle Support:

**REMINDER - Market Driven Support for EBS Release 12.1 Payroll Customers**:
Market Driven Support for EBS Benefits customers on Release 12.1 ended on December 31st, 2023. Therefore the 2025 Affordable Care Act patch is only available to Release 12.2 EBS Benefits customers.

Delivery Details:

This patch delivers both the necessary updates for furnishing 2025 1095-C forms to employees/individual recipients as well as the schema updates for submitting 2025 ACA Employer Shared Responsibility Reports electronically to the IRS. Note that as of this writing none of the states currently requiring reporting have reported any changes for 2025 so there are no plans to provide further ACA patches at this time.
