PER016 EEO-1 Employer Information report wrong column order?

Hello,

HR reported that the column order of the Job Categories is different from the column order on the EEOC website. Specifically, they state that the PER016 report generates the information in this order: NHOPI first, then Asian (for both male and female), but on the upload site the order is reversed

Is this a known issue or is there any fix for this?
