Job posting won't post to Job board when Internal Only

Hi, a user is having an issue posting a job to our Internal job board. User creates a row where posting type is 'Internal Posting' when creating a job posting & after running SES process successfully nothing happens. But if user adds a second row posting type 'External Posting' and runs the process, the job posts both internally and externally. Also, if user creates an External Only job posting that posts successfully.

This issue only began after we recently upgraded our tools to 8.60.

Has anyone had this experience? Any suggestions?
